Terrence Seaphus = Ayala & Young Associates


For many years, Terrence has been a facilitator leading workshops in diversity, inclusion and equity. He is author of Balancing the Bias, which is being produced for television and lectures on college campuses emphasizing how media and social media shape our thinking. 


From the Rockwell Projects on the West Side of Chicago to his graduate studies in Marketing at Northwestern and Social Justice at Chicago Theological Seminary, he has helped shape a different world. Every meeting he has, whether with leaders of industry or educational organizations, he sees the big gap where diversity and equity is needed. 


Terrence has a BS in Mass Communications from Illinois State University, MS in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern and MDiv from the Chicago Theological Seminary with a Social Justice Focus. He has been a teacher at the elementary level and mentor to students for many years.
