Andrea Pimentel is an organizational development professional who has spent a large part of her career partnering with leaders to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in educational institutions and corporations. She focuses on increasing overall effectiveness by guiding individuals, groups, and organizations through systemic cultural change. 

 

For several years, Andrea worked as an internal and external Diversity & Inclusion Consultant. Her areas of expertise included vision creation and alignment, conducting cultural audits, developing comprehensive diversity strategies, and facilitating diversity educational programs. As a consultant, she coached, certified, and supported internal facilitators to ensure quality delivery of diversity content. While working at Health Care Service Corporation, she also supported the Asian American Business Inclusion Group as their primary advisor. 

 

Andrea holds a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development from American University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
