Andrea Pimentel has spent a large part of her career partnering with leaders to advance
diversity, equity and inclusion in educational institutions and corporations. She has a
Master of Science Degree in Organization Development from American University in
Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Sociology from the
University of Notre Dame.
